Instructions
Always make a backup of your old template before uploading a new one.
The templates provided here are based on the most simple blog available: a header, posts, 1 sidebar, and a footer. The sidebar contains only a profile widget and an archives widget.
Some templates are available in 2 versions of the template that you can use: the XML-template, or the CSS-skin.
Some exist of 1 ZIP-file, containing all the stuff you need.
If you upload the XML-template to your blog, all your widgets will be lost. So if you plan to do this, it is best to open all the widgets, copy-paste the contents to a text file, and save it, so that you can add the widgets again after uploading the new template.
If you want to use your old template, but only want to change the skin, use the CSS-skin. Open your template in HTML-mode, and remove the skin-content, that is the part of the code between <b:skin> and </b:skin>, and replace it with the new skin.

@Louis: hyperlinks are underlined by default in html. So if your hyperlinks are not underlined, it is because their is some css-definition in your template that tells the browser not to underline the links. This is done by the css property text-decoration. Open your template, look for link-definitions (they will look like a:link { blablabla }), and remove the line text-decoration:none;

Loved Angel or Evil and adapted it for my blog 'the view from the CoffinEnd' http://coffinend.blogspot.com/
One small problem the blogtext goes right up to the page margin on the right hand side - whereas you have a margin of 2-3 characters. Can you suggest how I correct this?

@dex: the width of your #outer-wrapper is set to 898px. Increase it, or set it to 100% to cover the entire screen.

Hi Hans, I use one of your Templates: Underwater. I found this very nice ... but since I installed IE7, I noticed that gives me trouble seeing. The template to 3 columns now has one .... very close aligned on the left. Before I had no problems with firefox, nor with IE6 .... how can I do?

I removed blogger comments from my site and put Haloscan. Now having up loaded one of your widgets, it takes comments from some time ago. I would like to put bloggers comment back in. How would I do that.

Hi. I downloaded the under water template, it looks great. However I am trying to use expansible posts and can't get it to work. I have changed the html the same as i would with blogger, blogspot templates, but just cant get it to work. Is there something I am doing wrong, or cant this not be done with these templates.

angel or devil template is just what I have been looking for. Only one prob with it. I was wondering how to get rid of the little Yin and yang symbol in the link list widget.
It's unable to link to the background and header images for the "Giraffe" template now. Did anyone back up the images?
